Refund & Return Policy

At Shoaib Art Studio, we are committed to delivering high-quality, custom-made products. Please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.

Order Processing

All items are made-to-order and fulfilled specifically for each customer after an order is placed. Because of this, we maintain a strict but fair return policy.

Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Items must be returned to our warehouse address (provided after approval)

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns

Non-Returnable Situations

We do not accept returns for:

  • Ordering the wrong size or color
  • Change of mind
  • Minor color differences due to screen/display variations

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect (wrong design, size, or item)

You must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

What to include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos showing the issue

Resolution:

  • We will review your case and, if approved:
  •  Provide a free replacement, OR
  • Issue a full refund if replacement is not possible
  • In some cases, you may be required to return the item to our warehouse.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you need a different size or product, please place a new order.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued for:

  • Defective or damaged products
  • Incorrect items received

Notes:

  • Refunds are not guaranteed in all cases due to the custom nature of our products
  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days

Restocking Fee

We do not charge any restocking fees.

Final Sale Items

Some items may be marked as Final Sale and are not eligible for return or refund.
